My little plantie has plantlets!
My plant is a Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe daigremontiana), which I got as a freebie from the American Society of Plant Biologists meeting last August. It reproduces asexually by making baby plantlets on the edges of its leaves. Eventually, the baby plantlets will fall off and form new plants that are genetically identical to the original Mother of Thousands.
That is an awesome plant! I had no idea something like that existed in the plant world.
I started following you from Freshly Pressed the other day, I’m a fellow fantasy writer as well (sci-fi and I only get along in the reading aspect, sadly).

We call it “Pathor Kuchi” in Bangladesh but I never managed to find out the actual English name for it. Glad to find it here without any effort. Thank you very much for sharing it.
